Module One - OneWay Ministries Intro
This module introduces OneWay Ministries, founded in 2000 by Michael and Rachel Thompson with a focus on “helping people help people” by “reaching the lost and rallying the church”. Operating both in the United States and in northern Ghana, OneWay Ministries has grown from a small team of African and American missionaries serving for a month over in Ghana to a family of seven missions and media ministries reaching people in the Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. And they’ve only just begun. Explore module one.
Module Two - Value Proposition Design
Value Proposition Design is a framework that helps organizations design, test, and deliver products and services that stakeholders need. Through the use of tools and exercises designed to highlight value-add patterns and leverage the organization’s existing resources without wasting time and resources on ideas that won’t work, this framework streamlines the oftentimes messy and nonlinear process that is innate to developing innovative products and services. (Osterwalder et. al., 2014). Explore module two.
Module Three - Value Proposition Design “Fit-for-Purpose”
How can OneWay Ministries employ Value Proposition Design into their strategic planning to scale operations? Will their key stakeholders see the value in following science-backed climate change predictions, evangelical missiology, and creation care theology as driving forces for change? Explore module three.
