MODULE ONE: Introducing Replanted Ministry
Jenn Hook leads a faith-based nonprofit organization called Replanted Ministry that seeks to build support and connection for foster and adoptive families nationwide. Her organization operates as a network of local support groups, author of evidence-based and trauma-informed resources, and host of the annual Replanted Conference.
